About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our therapy teams and Rehab Department to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete evaluations and documentation to support therapy plans
  • Provide recommendations and communicate effectively with the therapy team
  • Offer therapy treatments that improve patient abilities and challenges
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of documentation and treatments
  • Familiarize yourself with PDPM and align therapy treatments with Medicaid and Medicare billing requirements
Requirements
  • New Jersey License
  • Background and experience in long-term care, specifically Skilled Nursing Facilities
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage patients with different personalities and ability levels
  • Creative problem-solving skills
