We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team at Exceptional Children's Foundation. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide services and develop individualized service plans for children aged birth to five years who have or are at risk of having developmental delays, and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess developmental delays in children and provide individualized support to families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement service plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to social workers and interns
- Coordinate referrals to community services and resources
- Model nondiscriminatory practices and promote cultural sensitivity
- Ensure accurate case notes and records are maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience working with children aged birth to five years who have or are at risk of having developmental delays
- Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish or English and Armenian
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a DOJ background investigation and obtain necessary certifications
