Roofing Technician

Dynamic Roofing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their roofs are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

• Conduct on-site service calls, estimates, and repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform scheduled and emergency roof repairs, as well as conduct roof inspections and assessments.
• Supervise crew members on larger repairs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to customers and team members on the status of service.
• Document service, including before and after photos, status updates, and completion.
• Address any challenges on the job site and provide effective solutions.
• Enforce site safety standards and comply with local regulations.
• Perform post-work verification with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in roofing, with a focus on repairs and maintenance.
• Previous experience in multiple roof systems and repairs, including flat and sloped roofs.
• Experience with roof repair estimating is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and documentation.
• Decision-making skills and self-management.
• High attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Company vehicle and travel expenses provided. Occasional weekend work required. Travel required 85% of the time, primarily along the front range with occasional requests in the mountain regions.
