Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and implementing equipment reliability and maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies and plans to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct reliability studies and analyze equipment trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) data integrity.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of RCM principles and experience with CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
