Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Specialist to join our team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records and credentials for individuals in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and validate different types of personal documentation, including primary source credentialing and document review.
  • Identify and confirm the authenticity of various documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize proficient computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, to manage and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
