We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. in Eastern Montana. As a key member of our I CARE Team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical needs of residents in our skilled nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Practice utilizing the full nursing process to develop care plans and provide high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and work with families and providers to ensure seamless care.
- Direct the day-to-day duties of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
- Current active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (Compact or MT License).
- CPR certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to work a normal day shift schedule (5:45am-6:15pm).
