Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our team as a Staff Psychologist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outpatient evaluation and treatment services, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning. You will also have the opportunity to work with our training department, providing clinical and administrative supervision to trainees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological services, including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic
- Carry a patient caseload as assigned
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to trainees
- Assist the Training Director in coordinating, organizing, and supervising trainees
- Review supervisees' documentation and take responsibility for any corresponding billing
- Ensure documentation is consistent with managed care contracts and professional standards
- Attend and participate in monthly case consultation, Grand Rounds, business meetings, and other meetings as required
- Comply with clinic documentation standards
- Comply with licensing board rules and APA Code of Ethics
- Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited academic program
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota
- At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
- Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred)
