Senior Land Surveyor Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Surveyor Leader to join our team in North Carolina. As a leader in the field of land surveying, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing projects, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Lead and manage field teams, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Maintain and operate survey equipment, including total stations, levels, and GPS receivers.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with survey software and technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health spending account, transportation benefits, and employee assistance program.
