Position Summary

This role is responsible for creating an immersive and engaging showroom experience that showcases the Living Spaces brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively execute training modules and vendor/product training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a visually appealing showroom floor that meets Living Spaces brand guidelines
  • Partner with the outer Brand Team to ensure a seamless and cohesive shopping experience
  • Execute daily walk-throughs to identify areas of concern and address them promptly
  • Complete required training in a timely manner and participate in ongoing learning opportunities
  • Support the store team in achieving revenue targets and delighting guests
Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of design software programs a plus
