Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents and guardians, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to high standards of professionalism.
  • Understanding of DHS licensing, Keystone Stars, and accreditation standards, ensuring compliance and excellence in our programs.
  • Experience in managing a multicultural classroom environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
