RAM Partners, LLC is a leading real estate management company with a portfolio of approximately 70,000 apartments across the United States. We specialize in multi-family community management for various third-party owners, focusing on delivering exceptional service and results.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour + $500 sign-on bonus

Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to utilize their customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their needs to secure lease agreements. This role involves generating interest in our community's unique features and benefits, communicating effectively with potential residents, and serving as a resource for residents to express their problems and find resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents to ensure a positive living experience
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to make our community their home
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
• Utilize attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents to foster a sense of community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• One year of multi-family leasing or sales experience preferred
• Fair Housing experience helpful
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
