Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the night shift, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
  • Float to other units as needed to ensure adequate staffing and patient care.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
  • Cardiac Tele experience and ability to titrate drips.
  • Peripheral Line Care/Mgmt and PICC line mgmt experience.
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPIC experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
