Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Elite Staffing Company. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, SOPs, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to GMP regulations, SOPs, and client requirements.
  • Ensure first article samples are made and presented before production begins.
  • Record inspections on the Quality Supervisor Checklist.
  • Communicate quality concerns or changes to the Quality Supervisor and Production Supervisor.
  • Perform inspections to production lines to ensure production meets requirements.
  • Ensure lines are cleaned and line clearance forms are completed as needed.
  • Ensure leftover labels are cleared from production lines daily.
  • Monitor lot changes to ensure compliance with the lot breakdown.
  • Coordinate with Production Supervisor for line change-overs.
  • Maintain and document the 'Hold/Quarantine log' and status updates.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a GMP environment.
  • Minimum High School, GED, or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of GMPs/SOPs and FDA regulations.

Compensation: $19.50/hour

Shift: Long Term, 5pm to 4am
