Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
