We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at North Mississippi Health Services. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment.

• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies for procedures
• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
• Monitor and maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and contamination
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or on-the-job training with two years of scrub experience in an OR setting
• Surgical Technologist certification preferred
• American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification at HCP Level required
