Job Description

The Crane Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. This includes receiving and processing service requests, communicating with vendors, providing administrative support, and scheduling service jobs and projects.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm timely delivery of materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the service department.
  • Schedule service jobs and projects, assign technicians based on availability and expertise.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
