We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including coastal modeling, hydraulic and hydrology modeling, and GIS mapping.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience with AutoCAD and GIS is highly preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform entry-level professional work, including developmental assignments.
  • Support the execution of various public or private projects.
  • Assist in the analysis of reports, maps, drawings, and aerial photographs.
  • Assist in the development of codes and routines in MATLAB/Python.
  • Conduct data and engineering analyses and GIS mapping under the supervision of a senior engineer.
  • Translate concepts and design into CAD.
  • Assist in the preparation of quantity estimates.
  • Be responsible for project quality on tasks assigned as defined in the Quality Assurance / Quality Control guidelines.
