- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to patrons in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes.
- Assemble garnishes and condiments for drink orders.
- Take and process food orders using the point-of-sale system.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, drink offerings, and payment methods accepted.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized by regularly wiping surfaces, disposing of waste, and washing glassware as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of glassware, beverages, and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Assist with phone inquiries and relay messages to the appropriate staff when necessary.
- Accurately record cash transactions and provide correct change to customers.
- Process credit transactions using the designated machine and prepare daily sales reports for management review.
- Complete all assigned opening and closing tasks to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Promptly report any health or safety issues to management.
- Maintain customer copies of receipts readily available for guests.
