Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Team Lead to join our technical team in Arlington, VA. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of service desk agents and supervisors, providing excellent customer service and professional expertise.

As the ideal candidate, you will have ten plus years of experience in Service Desk Services, including at least 3 years in an IT outsourcing environment. You will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
