Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in our new space. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering superior service standards and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including sushi and Japanese cuisine.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive team dynamic.
  • Adhere to company standards for excellence, including attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Requirements
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
  • Experience with sushi or Japanese cuisine is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift, including frequent bending and stooping.
