As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for leading in estate planning, probate, and business formation. Your duties will include:

• Crafting legal solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their interests are protected.
• Engaging with clients, assessing their needs, providing expert legal counsel, and building lasting relationships.
• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other essential documents.
• Assisting in designing business structures and tax planning strategies.
• Staying updated on laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing informed guidance to clients.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• At least two years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation.
• A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing.
• Active membership in the Georgia state bar.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
