We seek a dedicated professional who prioritizes our clients' missions while ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of the enterprise Windows and Linux infrastructures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active TS//SCI clearance level with polygraph.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience in the last decade providing Tier-2 or Tier-3 operational and maintenance support for comparable on-premise and cloud-based Windows and Linux environments.
  • At least one (1) year of experience leading a team of IT professionals in a similar capacity.
  • One (1) year of recent experience in understanding networking technologies and their application in a relevant IT environment.
  • One (1) year of recent experience applying INFOSEC principles within a similar IT context.
  • One (1) year of recent involvement in software development lifecycle activities.
  • One (1) year of experience utilizing ITIL framework principles in a relevant IT environment within the last decade.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in the last twenty years providing Tier-2 or Tier-3 operational and maintenance support for similar environments.
  • Two (2) years of experience in IT service delivery using ITIL framework principles within the last fifteen years.
  • Experience with enterprise storage solutions and systems mapping.
  • Proficiency in architecting enterprise Windows and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and ESXi is advantageous.
