Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients in our Hospice Program. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
  • Work cooperatively with the patient and family to achieve care goals
  • Perform personal hygiene and grooming tasks, including bed baths, sponge baths, and shower baths
  • Shampoo hair in sink, tub, and bed
Qualifications
  • Must have successfully completed a CNA training and competency evaluation program approved by the state
  • CNA License must be active and in good standing
  • Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • At least one year of experience in hospice and/or home health is strongly preferred
