Program Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Coordinator to join our team at the Pettirosso Community Home Program in Gloucester, New Jersey. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing case management, engagement, and support to youth residing within the program.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the program, building, residents, and staff.
• Scheduling and staff oversight.
• Providing support and assisting with crisis management and medication monitoring.
• Shared on-call time with program director.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field with 3 years or more of relevant experience or an unlicensed Master's degree in counseling or a related field with 1 year of related experience.
• The ability to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.
• The capacity to analyze work, set goals, develop plans, and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
• A passion for working with adolescents.
• A valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record.
