Job Title: Travel Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Radiology Technologist to join our team at Epic Travel Staffing. As a Travel Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiology procedures and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Radiology Technologist with experience in Operating Room (OR) procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiology procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning the patient
  • Operate radiology equipment, including X-ray machines and CT scanners
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • MD license
  • 1 year of experience in radiology
  • Experience in Operating Room (OR) procedures
  • BLS certification
  • ARRT certification
  • ARRT Advanced certification
  • Cerner experience
  • Electronic documentation required
  • Teaching hospital experience required
  • Community hospital experience required
  • Trauma Level I experience preferred
