We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Leader to join our team in Tarzana, CA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our healthcare system.
About the Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
