CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness seeking a skilled Agricultural Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Crop Application and Operations Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective application of fertilizers and crop protection products to local farmers.

• Apply fertilizers and crop protection products with minimal supervision, utilizing high-clearance sprayers or floaters as needed.
• Work closely with customers to provide excellent service, educate them on products and techniques, and ensure their needs are met.
• Assist the sales team in verifying orders and ensuring patron satisfaction.
• Perform warehouse duties, including operating loaders, forklifts, and other equipment, as well as loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Perform general labor responsibilities, including maintenance, grounds maintenance, equipment inspection, and record-keeping.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior team members.

• 2+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agricultural application.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobiles.
• Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CDL license with Hazmat endorsement or ability to attain one preferred.
• Applicator's license, chemical application education, and experience, forklift certification, and farming/agriculture background preferred.

• Ability to lift and load up to 75 lbs.
