Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for our inpatient unit, utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized patient-focused care from admission to discharge.
- Coordinate the nursing plan of care with the medical plan of care, ensuring seamless development and implementation of the Patient Care Plan.
- Assist physicians with rounds, physical examinations, and procedures, maintaining updated age-specific competencies for infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Perform patient care activities to meet the physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients and families, safely administering treatments and medications.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
- Maintain active BLS Certification.
