Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Colony Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assure knowledge of Colony Grill's history, menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation.
• Engage guests to customize service and proactively address special requests.
• Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Enter orders accurately in the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Deliver food/drink items while providing exceptional hospitality, in a timely fashion.
• Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
