In this position, you will collaborate with the store manager to oversee all facets of daily retail operations. From supporting merchandising efforts and product introductions to achieving and surpassing sales targets, you will guarantee that customers enjoy an exceptional experience with our offerings. You will not be alone in this endeavor; we provide comprehensive training designed to prepare you for leadership success. You will gain invaluable experience in coaching a team of retail sales associates to help them achieve sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume store manager responsibilities in their absence.
  • Foster a positive sales environment within the store.
  • Be a leading sales contributor for Mobility, Internet, TV, and related products and services.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Implement the daily sales strategy.
  • Utilize downtime for prospecting activities.
  • Participate in sales-related meetings and calls.
  • Enhance your earnings through cold calling and additional outside sales efforts.
  • Assist the Store Manager with operational tasks.
  • Exhibit an energetic, outgoing personality with strong values and work ethic.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Training will be provided both on-the-job and through online platforms.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Willingness to work retail hours and shifts.
