Job Title: Senior TypeScript Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior TypeScript Developer to join our team at Playback Rewards. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and features using TypeScript and serverless architectures on AWS or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient web applications using TypeScript and serverless architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications and architecture plans.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our technology and innovate.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in professional web development.
  • Experience with multiple TypeScript and JavaScript projects.
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management skills, organized, self-driven, and highly productive.
  • Experience with source control (e.g., Git).

Preferred Experience:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent foundational technical experience.
  • Experience with cloud architecture on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Experience working in sprint and agile-like development methodologies.

We offer a competitive salary of $70-$85k per year depending on experience; 4 weeks of flexible paid time off and company holidays; comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance (all 50% company paid); and a 401k (with 4% company match).
