Sales Associate Position at Perry Ellis International

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Perry Ellis International. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in selling and promoting our menswear designer and retail chain merchandise while executing our customer service standards.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and processing their purchases. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and build a loyal customer base through excellent data capture.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Stay knowledgeable about product, promotions, and special events.
  • Create a positive store experience by treating all customers fairly and consistently.
  • Maintain effective floor coverage and prioritize customers over tasks.
  • Be productive throughout the shift and utilize idle time wisely.
  • Report to work on time and adapt to scheduling needs.
Requirements:
  • Energetic and positive attitude.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Customer service-oriented (outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude).
The estimated salary for this position is $16-16.50 hourly. Pay ranges may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
