Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards, plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing ATPCO's global Compensation & Benefits Strategy. This strategic position ensures that our compensation framework and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compensation Framework: Develop and implement a market-aligned global compensation structure, consistently applied across all regions.
  2. Benefits Programs: Design, implement, and manage global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and maintaining competitive offerings in the market.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on global compensation and equity regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the People and Culture team and business leaders to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall business goals.
  5. M&A Integration: Partner with M&A project managers to standardize processes related to compensation and benefits during mergers and acquisitions.
  6. Compensation Advisory: Advise business partners and the talent acquisition team on compensation matters, including job evaluations and international mobility cases.
  7. Global Benchmarking: Lead the global benchmarking process by analyzing industry survey data to ensure our total compensation programs are competitive.
  8. Strategic Partnering: Act as a strategic partner in proposing and implementing total rewards programs that enhance ATPCO's employee value proposition and retention efforts.
  9. M&A Leadership: Lead due diligence and integration activities related to compensation and benefits through all phases of the M&A lifecycle.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in employee benefits design and management, as well as compensation administration.
  • Ability to manage employee wellness programs, recognition programs, and employee engagement survey strategies.
  • Expertise in constructing comprehensive total rewards packages, including base salary, incentives, and benefits.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation strategies and their effective implementation.
  • Solid grounding in current HR practices, data analytics, service delivery, and support systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field.
