Join Our Team as a Mechanic at Monark Student Transportation

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Monark Student Transportation. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repair work and maintenance on our fleet of buses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes and tune-ups.
  • Repair or replace malfunctioning parts and systems, such as brake pads, belts, and transmissions.
  • Test drive vehicles to confirm safe and proper operation.
  • Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Vocational or technical school program in auto repair or related field.
  • Two years of related experience.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required.
  • State inspection license and hydraulics knowledge.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and safety inspections.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
