Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at Eno's Pizza Tavern in Coppell, TX.

As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, equipment, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout your shift.

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glasses, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dish area, walk-in refrigerator, and other food storage areas
• Assist with food preparation during slower periods as directed by the kitchen manager
• Dispose of trash and recycling in a responsible manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
