About the Position:

Geisinger Health System is seeking a highly skilled Cornea Specialist to join our team of ophthalmologists. As a Cornea Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions, including corneal diseases and injuries.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat eye conditions, including corneal diseases and injuries
  • Perform surgical procedures, including cataract surgery and corneal transplants
  • Prescribe medications and provide follow-up care to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive eye care

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
  • Board certification in ophthalmology
  • Experience in corneal surgery and treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
