Landscaping Crew Member Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaping Crew Member to join our team at Michael Hatcher & Associates, Inc. As a key member of our commercial construction crew, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality landscape projects that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install plants, landscape lighting, and hardscape features to create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
  • Grade and prepare topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials to ensure a solid foundation for our projects.
  • Load and unload plants and trees with precision and care to prevent damage.
  • Dig and install irrigation systems to ensure efficient water management.
  • Install pavers, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and block walls to create safe and accessible pathways.
  • Work carefully on projects to provide the best quality to our customers.
  • Operate power equipment such as tractors, chainsaws, sod cutters, bobcats, etc. with confidence and skill.
  • Operate tools including rakes, shovels, saws, axes, and shears with precision and care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.
