The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all safety and legal standards while thriving in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize safety department documentation
  • Oversee the tracking of rental uniforms to ensure proper management and servicing
  • Perform inventory audits to ensure adequate stock levels of critical safety gear
  • Accurately input data into inventory management systems to facilitate smooth operations
  • Support the inspection of emergency response equipment to confirm compliance with safety protocols
  • Follow all safety and legal regulations, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional credentials in safety management or related fields are advantageous
  • Prior experience in a similar industrial role is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory control
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work in various environmental conditions and handle heavy equipment
  • Physically capable of wearing a full-face respirator when necessary
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to uphold them
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
This position involves working in office, warehouse, and outdoor settings, necessitating the ability to wear heavy Flame-Resistant (FR) clothing. The successful candidate must be physically fit and prepared to use a full-face respirator as required.
Shift Details: Day Shift (8am-4pm, hours may vary)

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
