Business Systems Analyst Job Description

BAE Systems USA is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support our government customer. As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse group of professionals who design and develop products and systems that support national security and critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development and user story writing.
  • Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support product teams and product owners in defining the backlog and ensuring user perspectives are considered.
  • Focus on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement.
  • Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories.
  • Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of technology applications.
Requirements:
  • Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
  • Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
  • Work is performed under supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience recommended.
