  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent construction experience (minimum of 4 years).

  • Implementing Company and Project Safety Plans.
  • Supporting field teams with safety and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with the project team to develop a Hazard Risk Analysis Matrix.
  • Coordinating training and onboarding schedules.
  • Tracking and reporting production metrics.
  • Managing material procurement processes.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination with project and safety teams.
  • Estimating material quantities necessary for construction projects.
  • Conducting field verification of production quantities and rates.
  • Monitoring quality control issues related to construction materials.
  • Verifying material deliveries for compliance with project specifications.
  • Preparing and managing project submittals.
  • Coordinating subcontractor schedules and material deliveries.
  • Assisting Project Managers with pay applications, job forecasting, and change orders.
  • Securing necessary permits and reviewing project plans prior to commencement.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Heavy Civil and/or Industrial Construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret project documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Heavy Job systems is advantageous.
