Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to item specifications and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including the cafe area, equipment, and inventory.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acknowledging members and identifying their needs.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, and locating merchandise.
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred.
