About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team at Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, CA. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
