We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Travel Nurses, Inc. as a Travel CT Technologist.

About the Role

This is a 13-week contract opportunity for a 40-hour per week position with 10-hour shifts and nights schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Computed Tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Diagnostic Imaging or a related field.
  • Current licensure and certification in CT Technology or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
