About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at RoadSafe Traffic Systems. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
