Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough nutritional evaluations for clients affected by HIV/AIDS
  • Create and execute tailored nutrition care strategies
  • Offer dietary guidance and educational resources to clients and their families
  • Track and assess clients' progress, modifying care strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members
  • Inform clients about effective nutrition practices, healthy eating, and management of related health issues
  • Engage in community outreach and nutrition education initiatives
  • Maintain precise and timely records of all client interactions and care strategies
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and HIV/AIDS care

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure in the relevant state
