SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $17.50/hour for part-time positions, with training at $16.00/hour. Additionally, you'll receive competitive benefits, including medical insurance or a $200/month stipend if you already have coverage, paid Time Off (PTO) for full-time employees, retirement plan with a 3% 401k match after 90 days, cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and student loan repayment assistance ($50/month).
Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and leading fulfilling lives. As a Care Support Professional, you'll work closely with our participants to develop personalized plans that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience is not necessary - we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- You must be at least 18 years old and possess active CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are also essential for this role.
