Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Twin Falls, ID. This onsite position provides a valuable opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload and make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert advice on speech and language development
  • Stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Idaho SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
