Telephony Information Systems Technician Instructor

Position Summary:
The Instructor will leverage their expertise in Information Systems Telephony to educate students attending A and C schools at the Training Center. Key responsibilities include preparing educational environments, delivering effective instruction, and assessing student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up classroom and training environments, including necessary training devices
- Ensure maintenance of training aids and equipment
- Deliver instruction in alignment with the established course curriculum
- Conduct evaluations and provide remedial training for students
- Review and assess student performance through grading
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years' experience in a teaching role
- Must possess US citizenship
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional instructional and communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and capability to utilize required training tools effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve lifting, standing, sitting, walking, and occasional exposure to adverse weather conditions.
