About the Role

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide coverage in the Bedford New Hampshire region at our partner Assisted Living Facility.

In this role, you will determine appropriate physical therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels, maximizing the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

You will create and implement unique treatment plans for the patient's current level of functioning as well as potential improvement, while demonstrating superior clinical judgment.

Your Typical Day
  • Assess and treat active older adult patients with extensive expertise and sincere passion for helping others.
  • Engage in one-on-one one-hour physical therapy within our warm and welcoming in-house outpatient clinics.
  • Develop bonds with patients, their families, doctors, and fellow team members, ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes.
  • Enjoy the support, training, and insights from our dedicated clinical practice team that helps you thrive.
  • Energize patients to set ambitious goals and guide them to success, empowering them to embrace their fullest lives.
  • Stay one step ahead by identifying patients' needs proactively and taking decisive action to address them.
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops.
About You

You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Experience or interest in a geriatric physical therapy setting.
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages.
  • Drive to continually learn and grow.
