Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse at MercyOne Dubuque/Dyersville Medical Center, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to excellence in nursing practice and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in this Night Shift position. This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare consumers, families, and other professionals to provide safe, effective, and financially responsible nursing services.

• Implement evidence-based practice standards in the delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare consumers, families, and other professionals to promote health and a safe environment.
• Participate in unit-based and central nursing/organizational committees and initiatives that advance nursing practice and quality of patient/family care.
• Contribute to the positive image of nursing and enhance the magnetic culture of the organization by modeling professional behavior.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing practice and hold an active license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred or within 4 years of hire. Certification by a nationally recognized nursing organization is also preferred and strongly encouraged.
